37 year old German designer Sebastian Herkner has finished over twenty projects for the best global brands. He was in January awarded as a designer of the year at Maison & Objet.

We decided to ask Sebastian what was his way as a young designer and what was the moment when he suddenly became recognized and established. He uncovered some stories on his favorite craftsmen and told us how does craft unite people.
