Elliott Barnes studio and home in Paris
Inspired by Andree Putman architect Elliott Barnes moved to Paris 30 years ago, right away he started to work in her office. Seventeen years later while he already tried different positions in the company such as a Partner and a Director, Barnes has opened his own office, standing up for purity of style and the most amazing experiments with the materials.
Elliott Barnes showed Design Mate around his office and told us about how he made a console, covered with a paste made of algae, a bench with a seat made of leather accordion and a mirror that you'd want to use for undressing.
